We encourage everyone to file a complaint at this website: www.ic3.gov.If you bought art (either through #Zazzle, Paint All Over Me (#PAOM) or some other print on demand service. We know the parents use many of them.), bought the book on #Amazon or a different book vendor, were harassed by the parents (for what ever reason), or stalked etc. If you donated to a fundraiser on #Facebook or #GoFundMe, you are eligible to report as well.
They are VERY interested in this situation. Make sure you are very detailed with the business name as well as what has happened to you on each and every social media platform.

Scripted Nonsense
Yes, that is what it is – nothing more; nothing less.
The Waters could have said that from the first place but instead they chose to harass people that revealed the misrepresentation that the work was not 100% the teens in an attempt to silence those remarks. The Waters could have led with the truth all along but that wouldn’t have bought in as many sales as they are accustomed to. It took awhile for that paragraph of nonsense to be promoted too.
Pet Gold Fish Abuse
We are not going to say much about this as #PETA will handle this. Really, this is how you treat your pets? Where does the fish swim?

Let’s Chat About the “Art”
We haven’t chatted about the “art” in awhile. The Waters have posted a lot of recycled “art” as of late because it is “fine art” and it probably sells better. (It appears they are short on CASH based on the fundraisers out there.)
Then, they have the old “art” that they claim the teen added on to. Oh my. You decide.

Then there are these new pieces. We would like your thoughts on these as well. We know what we think.
Foundation Fundraiser or Legal Fundraiser
So is this a Legal Fundraiser to sue the people the Waters harassed? So are they honestly going to harass they people they harassed even more? https://www.gofundme.com/candywatersautismartistfund
We know no one has ever harassed the teen. A simple google search shows who has been doing the harassing; that is the Waters. It is not just recently, that goes back for at least 10 years. So why do they need legal funds. A probono attorney? What attorney in their right mind would take them on after a simple Google search of their behavior.

So, really please tell us, what is it? Or are they just really that broke and the “art” is not selling and they need MONEY?
These are both CASH fundraisers. One claims “the funds you donate will be used to create and run the “Candy Waters Autism Art Foundation aka CWAAF” art supplies, transportation and whatever else is needed to make this dream come true.” Art supplies, transportation and whatever else, for who, just the teen?
Frankly, we are all getting really tired of it. You should be to.

Candy Waters Autism Artist Foundation – NOT
The deception and fraud with the Waters just does not stop this week. Today, they decided that they will call and solicit funds for the “Candy Waters Autism Artist Foundation”.
One, the “foundation” does not exist. A simple search to the Illinois Secretary of State show it does not exist. A phone call to the Secretary of State shows no Articles of Incorporation or LLC filed.

You have been defrauded and we suggest you file a formal complaint with the FBI at www.ic3.gov.
Furthermore, the Waters creating a “foundation” will open all their current and past tactics up to scrutiny. Past and present antics can be reported to the Illinois Attorney General and IRS. Transparency, authentication, documentation, open communication are a must when you have a foundation or any business for that matter. Taxes will need to be posted, proof of your doing your mission must be shown.
Past “art” will have to be fully authenticated. The word changes will no longer be accepted as it is about transparency or consumers and donors have a legal complaint.
Background checks must be passed.
A simple search of these law shows you this.
But see, they tried to fool you all before on the Better Business Bureau. Again, we have evidence as seen above, that they are NOT a business.

We Have Gotten Some Answers
First, thank you to the numerous people who gave us screenshots.
As to why reviews (verified and not) on Unspoken Gift by Candy Waters Autism Artist have been culled, we think we have figured it out.
A year later, they are being viewed as BIASED. This did not start out as an Amazon issue, clearly. They passed Amazon’s Terms of Service. This is a Waters’ issue.
Now, the only way to know their is bias is the SELLER has seen the account holders true identify (ei the name they use on their credit card) and matched this up to their blocked list and probably a running word document for the last 12 years.
Yes, your account information has been mis-used. Amazon is allowing the Waters’ to falsely inflate their rating.
Article of Interest Regarding Amazon
It appears Amazon allows harrassment to happen often to Buyers from Sellers. So, when will the FTC step in and stop this?
I recently purchased “Skin in the Game: Hidden Asymmetries in Daily Life” by Nassim Nicholas Taleb for my Kindle. Having some significant problems with some of the information presented, I left a 1-star review on Amazon. The author proceeded to declare my review part of a corporate smear campaign against him, and convinced his fans to down vote the review.
